During a recent Sunday worship service, God gave me this during a song. God often speaks to me, not audibly but rather in what I sometimes call a “download.” I stopped singing and turned to the back of my bulletin and began writing furiously as the words flowed from my pen.
“Precious saved one, pray the name the 1 of your family, who is out there lost, unsaved, the prodigal, and I [God] if you will call upon Me, and pray for their hearts, mind, and soul will find them and show them the way into salvation and to eternity with Me in Heaven.”
Do you pray a specific prayer for those whom you know and love who are not saved?
What is your prayer?
How specific is that prayer?
Scriptures for you to look up and see which one[s] resonates with you:
1 Peter 2l:25
Ezekiel 34:6
Isahia 53:6
John 125:17
John 25: 16
Luke 15:4
Matt 18:11
Matt 9:36
Ps 119:179
Ps 44:22
Romans 8:36
Zech. 13:7
Here’s the BIG QUESTION:
Who is that little lost sheep? Is it the “saved person” who has gone astray?
Is it the “prodigal?”
Is it all those who are “not saved?”
The image of this picture has prompted me to order a small version and to keep in a place where I can see it. It is forever in my mind, when I think about “the time is short!”
Do you happen to know who the artist is? I could not find the artist’s name.
If you are lost or looking for directions, send me an email. I’d be glad to help you sort things out and find path.
