January 2021 launched a whole new initiative with the John Maxwell Team and Enterprise when John’s book entitled “Change Your World” was published.  This is now a “Global Initiative” for those in our organization to create “Values Transformation Tables” of small groups to teach values to a world devoid of them. These “Transformation Tables” have transformed several 3^rd world countries where the John Maxwell Team sends 200+ volunteers to these countries to raise up, equip and develop leaders in these countries.  Those leaders, in turn, go out into their communities and develop leaders in the schools, local government, churches, and community organizations.  This has been the most successful endeavor of John Maxwell’s Legacy.
