Prior to working with Janice Bastani, I often felt clouded and lost in my executive role as a Vice President of Operations. Over time I noticed I was not making the necessary adjustments to myself and the organization that I once had earlier in my post. Janice has a way of pulling the essential details out of you to help simplify even the most convoluted situation. She is direct, asks thoughtful questions, and guides you to the answers that are already inside of you.
