Janice was gracious enough work with me, with my sister’s recommendation that I needed a coach. I must say I was a huge procrastinator and had a great deal of fear around leaving the safety of what I had always known, but Janice helped me put a long-range plan in place and dates to the milestones along the way. When our time ended, I was sad not to speak with Janice each week, I so looked forward to our calls, but I know I can reach the goals with the plan Janice helped me with.
