It is almost that time of year again when we recognize and show our appreciation to those women who have been and still are our “Mothers”. Mothers come in all shapes, sizes, colors, personalities, lifestyles and so many other colorful terms that make up that essence of that person that you lovingly refer to as “Mother”. She is older than you and she has also had her own share of “growing up” issues as she has matured into the woman that you see before you today. Lucky is the child who has been fortunate enough for a Mom to share these struggles, heartaches, joys and the highs and lows of her own journey.
What about you? How is your journey progressing?
I can hear you now: “I don’t have time…….”, “….I need…….”, “……I am worried about……”, “….if I only had a couple of hundred extra, I could….”, “…..I am so lonely…”, “….I really need a job….”, “…we’re going to loose this roof over our head if something doesn’t change…..”, the saga of woes could continue down this page.
I know all of those things. Not one of us is immune from any of them, but my question is still unanswered.
What about you?
How are you progressing on this journey of maturing in a “Woman”?
Next month, you will have the opportunity to begin to answer this question in a new book entitled “EVE”, “Reclaiming Your Power”.
I read a lot and I have never come across a book in which the reader can clearly see herself in the pages. What do you mean, you may be asking?
In order to understand who you are at your very deepest core in your being you really need to know what it is that makes up who you are, how you make your decisions, what “choices” look like to you, the “agreements” that you have between that crowded space called “me, myself and I”.
In “EVE” you will see how just maybe you have patterned your life after one of the 8 archetypes in the book without even knowing that you have done this. Yep, even those of you who are die hard rebellious women are an archetype!
Also there are many fundamental principles and pivotal questions that that you ask, accept, and ignore and rebel against all because you have a perception that no longer serves who you are in this maturing process. What seemed perfectly normal for 25 not longer fits who you are at 45. You never bothered to evaluate who you are, what you believe, why you believe this and that and how you are basing your life, your decisions and your relationships.
“You, are precious, you are worthy of love and respect. Your have a life worth living and sharing with the next generation of women who are coming up behind you. You are precious, special in more ways than you can see, and you are beloved by me and your almighty Creator.”
For the first 100 women who sign up, I will give you my new book FREE. All I ask is that you pay for the shipping and handling. It will be mailed out to you as soon as it is published. Watch for the sign up box on this page and be one of the first to receive this exciting book.
