In our first "Life Moves" we discussed the many different types of moves in life and the many transitions that we all go through at some time in our lives.
The second thing that one can do to ease the transition of moving is to let your family members know that now matter what is going on around them that you are still a family and that they are loved and cherished.
We have a tendency as adults to think that those we know already know that we love them. The truth is that we all need to be told multiple times each day that we are loved. We need to be told that we are worth something, that we are precious and cherished. This brings me to another great point here and that is not all of us speaks the same "love language". A pat on the back may not communicate love to a personal who speaks love in words of affirmation.
