This is truly the one of the best ways to learn and grow as a person who wants to learn from the benefit of others in their own peer group. The notion of Mastermind Groups was popularized by the author Napoleon Hill (1183-1970). Hill was commissioned by the American industrialist Andrew Carnegie in 1908 to interview over 500 of the most successful people of his time and aggregate a general formula for business and life success. The project took Hill twenty years, and in 1928 he presented his multi-volume course “The Law of Success” [Hill, 1928] which was later distilled into the book “Think And Grow Rich” [Hill, 1937]. It is still one of this most dynamic ways to GROW as an individual! An assessment is not part of this program.

Emotional intelligence that awareness inside us that helps us empathize and sympathize with others. Emotional intelligence gives us the ability to be present and listen to someone when they it and us most. It is that part of us encouraging us to make good decisions and communicate effectively when circumstances, and our environment are at their worse and our own emotions and stress levels may be at best negative or at their worse. We explore all 7 levels of Emotional Intelligence in this program. An assessment is not part of this program at present.
